This historic venue is a beautiful Grade II listed brick building built in 1864 and can be a linked space to the Riverside Victorian Warehouse and the Thames Quayside or used as a stand alone option. The venue has a triple height ceiling throughout with wooden beams and white but raw brick walls with large Victorian windows. The nature of the walls and floor give an industrial feel. The space contains a separate green room / gallery / production office space as well as a mezzanine section for crew or storage during shoots.  The outlook from the building is onto a unique dockside area.

This venue  can be used as a stand alone venue or in conjunction with the Riverside Victorian Warehouse and the Thames Quayside.
